living room - fireplace - kitchen
Through the front door you enter the hall, where you will find the toilet and storage room on the left side. Through the modern black pivot door on the left, you enter the living room with a large lounge sofa and cosy fireplace. A Smart TV with a Sonos music system is placed on the wall. You will also find a sofa bed from the well-known Austrian brand Joka here.
On the other side of the hall, you enter the large kitchen diner through the other black pivot door. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and separate oven. The induction hob is built into the kitchen island with a bar. On the other side of the kitchen is a large dining table able to seat twelve. A Smart TV is mounted on the wall in the kitchen. The entire ground floor has underfloor heating.
bedrooms - bathrooms - toilets
The first floor has four bedrooms. Three bedrooms have box springs of 180x200cm and one bedroom has two box springs of 160x200cm. Each bedroom has a wardrobe and is equipped with a Smart TV. You will have to stream TV channels to the TV yourself via an app on your phone.
The bedrooms are heated through infrared panels.
The two bathrooms have a spacious shower of 100x100cm, a toilet, a sink and underfloor heating.

The basement of the chalet is accessible through an (automatic) garage door or inside by stairs. There is enough space to park your car. In the basement you will find a room to store skis and ski boots; there is also a sink here and the availability to dry your shoes and gloves on the shoe dryer.
The wellness area can be found at the rear of this floor and is equipped with a double shower, sauna, double sinks and a lovely bath. Next to the wellness is the utility room, containing a washing machine and dryer. Via the stairs located in the garage, you can enter the ground floor.
In the garage is also located the car charger of Wallbox with this you can charge the car during your stay for a fee.
