We kindly ask our guests to treat the manager with respect and accept his/her rules.
The maximum occupancy is indicated in the travel documents, it must not be exceeded. The manager has the right to refuse extra guests in the chalet or charge extra for this.
Please do not enter the chalet with dirty shoes or ski boots. There are shoe bins in the hall and in the ski storage room in the basement, where dirty shoes can be placed for easy cleaning later.
Our holiday home has space for up to four parking spaces. Three cars on the driveway and one car in the garage. We recommend placing a block of wood/stone under the car wheel if the car is on the driveway slope in winter weather.
Do not open rooms or cupboards that are locked with a key and are therefore for private purposes.
Any flooding in the bathroom will result in damage to the fixtures and floor. The guest is liable for all damages. Repair costs will be charged to you even after departure.
Do not throw anything into the toilet, sink or basin or other drains (no tampons, sanitary towels, nappies, panty liners). Also, do not throw fat and food waste down the drains or into the toilets. This causes serious blockages!
Please do not move the furniture. This may cause unnecessary damage and wear and tear to the furniture and floors. The manager may charge you extra if furniture has to be put back or if damage is caused as a result.
Hot pans/pots cannot be placed directly on the counter or table. Always use a trivet for this.
Always use linen on the beds. Should you fail to do so, you may be charged for the cleaning costs of the pillows, duvets and toppers.
There is a total ban on smoking inside the chalet, please respect this. Smoking is allowed outside (terrace, garden).
Please respect the garden, do not pick flowers and do not touch trees and plants. Only light fires in the fire basket.
You will be shocked when the fire alarm goes off. But so will the owner! This is because a signal immediately goes to the local fire brigade. They may come to the scene immediately. The fire brigade and/or the municipality may charge for this. Very annoying but you will understand that the owner cannot bear these costs. These will then be at your expense. Do you like cosiness or are you a real romantic? Just a tip from us; never leave candles unattended.
Do you also love watching the flames crackle by the fire? We do want to ask you not to stoke the fire too high and not to use wet wood. Do you know why? Chimney fires can be the result. Feel free to ask the manager for more information on how to use the fire or stove. We offer four free boxes of wood for the hot tub and fireplace. There is a possibility to buy extra, ask the manager. You can also buy the wood at Sport Scherz, near the Riesneralm lift.
To light the fire, always use firelighters and not paper!
Take care not to cause a nuisance. Observe the rule that after 10 p.m. you must respect the peace and quiet of local residents.
Every guest is obliged to be careful with water and electricity. Turning off the cooker, oven, light, TV, etc. when leaving the chalet is compulsory.
Identify any imperfections immediately on arrival and report them to the manager within 24 hours so that you are not held liable at the end of the stay.
Inform the manager of any damages incurred during your stay and certainly before you leave, so that the caretaker can put the chalet in order for the next guests.
You must report any complaints to the caretaker immediately (no later than 24 hours ) after discovery. If the complaint has not been satisfactorily resolved by the manager within 24 hours of reporting, you must contact Villa For You within 48 hours at the latest. They will then be able to assist you.
If a complaint cannot be resolved to your satisfaction after consultation with the manager on site, the tenant may complain to Villa For You, in writing only, within 30 days of their return. Villa For You will consider the complaint and, if the complaint proves justified, a suitable solution will be sought.
Leave the chalet in good order (broom clean) no later than the specified check-out time.
Oven and microwave are clean and switched off
The fridge/freezer is empty without leftover food and drinks
The dishwasher is unloaded and clean; the crockery is in the cupboards
Coffee machine is clean and coffee grounds removed.
Rubbish bags are deposited in the designated waste containers at the park
All lights are switched off and windows are closed
All taps are turned off
The garden is tidy
The garden chair cushions have been stored in the designated cushion box
The fireplace has been cleaned and the ash drawer emptied. Never use the ordinary hoover to remove ashes. Use the special ash hoover for this purpose.
The front door and garage door are fitted with an electronic lock.
To open the door from outside, the lock must first be ‘activated’. You can do this by clicking on the ‘Bold keychain’ near the lock. You will hear a beep and the lock is activated. You can now turn the knob to open the door.
From inside, you can use the large round knob to turn the door to lock. To open the room from inside, turn the round knob (just as you normally do with a key).
To leave the house, press the button from the inside, you will hear a beep and the round button lights up with a green LED. On the outside, you can now use the button for 30 sec to lock the door.
After 30 sec, the door can no longer be opened from the outside. You will notice that the knob continues to turn without unlocking the door.
Another way to activate the lock is via the Bold app on your mobile. This option is by far the easiest as you always have the mobile with you and certainly with several people you always have your ‘own key’ at hand.
To request an account for this, send an email to info@chalet-hirschblick.com or ask the administrator. Please include your name and mobile number. The account can only be requested by the person mentioned on the ‘confirmation of stay’ provided by Villa4You.
Use the fireplace only with well-dried wood, please do not use any materials other than wood in the fireplace.
The easiest way to light the fire is to place two blocks of wood in the fireplace, with thin wood and a lighter cube on top.
The air supply slider should be moved to the + (plus) position.
Always close the fireplace after it has been lit. By moving the glass pane with the handle downwards.
The fireplace extinguishes by itself when the wood has burned out, do not use water or the like to make this up.
When the fireplace is out, slide the air supply to the - ( minus) position.
Towel heaters are located in the bathrooms and in the sauna area. These towel heaters are switched on and off by means of a switch. Press once for heating to position I (yellow light), press again for heating to position II (red light).
Keeping the switch pressed (lamp flashes red) switches on the timer. The heater heats now and switches off again after 2 hours (the light flashes when the timer is on). 2 hours is enough to dry used towels.
The sauna is located in the wellness area. The sauna is turned on by means of a display. The video shows you how to operate this display. The main modes are temperature settings and dimming the lighting.
After using the sauna, turn it off properly. When the sauna is completely off, you will see three dashes (- - -) on the display.
Be careful when filling the sauna oven with water.
Do not place objects (such as the wooden jug) on the sauna oven, this may cause a fire.
The TV in the living room is controlled by two remote controls. The Samsung remote control is used to turn on the TV. Press the on-off button (red button at the top left) for 2 seconds. The TV is now turned on. Use the +/- button to turn up the sound.
Press the button with the sign of the ‘house’ on the Samsung (small) remote control. A bar of icons is now visible at the bottom of the screen. Between these, you can switch between different applications, such as Netflix, Youtube, etc. For watching television, choose the first icon ‘TV’.
For watching television, use the Amiko remote control. Make sure the TV receiver is on. At the bottom left of the TV cabinet is the infrared eye for the TV receiver. This should be green. If the LED is red then the TV receiver is not yet on. The TV receiver is switched on by pressing the red on/off button on the Amiko remote control at the top right. Wait a moment, the LED at the bottom of the TV cabinet should now be green.
A TV channel should now be available on the TV. On the Amiko remote control, use the arrow buttons to switch between the TV group and channels. Press OK to make a selection.
The other TVs in the kitchen and bedroom are equipped with Smart TV. These TVs do not have a television receiver, you can only stream on these, Netflix, Youtube etc.
